Common Setup & AV Requirements

The Best Western Plus New Englander has in-house equipment and services ready at hand, including AV, Staging, and special setups like Coctail Round Receptions.  Standard room setups and breakdowns, including tables with linens and skirting are at no additional cost,  All business meetings have wireless internet, a water station, pens & pads, included at no additional cost.  Registration tables, head tables, AV table with power strip and extension chords etc should be specified with the Catering Department.  Meetings can bring in their own LCD projector, but they cannot bring in any other equipment, including screens.  The Boardroom has room for a 6' screen only and can only be set up conference style.  The two boardrooms do not have a PA system built-in, so a portable mixer, amplifer, speakers and mics are avaiable at a package price.  The dance-floor can be up to 30 feet, but please contact the Catering Department for limitation to seating capacity.
